Camped at Van Damme State Park on the northern California coast near Fort Bragg. It was an excellent time of the year: the wildflowers are blooming, the weather was great, and it wasn’t too crowded.

Backpacked three days/two nights in Desolation Wilderness, CA. Climbing Horsetail Falls is rough and the mosquitoes were biting, but overall it was a fun trip.
